Terms and conditions for using ODINSOFT services.

Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users in using the Internet services (hereinafter 'Services') provided by ODINSOFT Co., Ltd. (hereinafter 'Company').

Article 2 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

1. These Terms become effective when publicly posted on the ODINSOFT website or through electronic mail and other means.

2. When reasonable grounds arise, the Company may amend these Terms without prior consent of members within the scope that does not violate relevant laws, and amended Terms become effective upon online posting.

3. Agreeing to these Terms means agreeing to regularly visit the website to check for changes to the Terms.

4. Members who do not agree with amended Terms may request membership withdrawal (termination).

Article 3 (Rules Beyond Terms)

Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by the Telecommunications Basic Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization, and other relevant laws.

Article 4 (Definition of Terms)

The definitions of key terms used in these Terms are as follows.

  • Company : ODINSOFT Co., Ltd.
  • Member : A person who has entered into a service use agreement with the Company and has been assigned a user ID
  • ID : A combination of letters, numbers, or both selected by the member and approved by the Company for member identification and service use
  • Password : A combination of letters and numbers set by the member to verify the member's identity matching the assigned ID and to protect the member's privacy
  • Suspension : The Company restricting a member's use of services pursuant to these Terms
  • Termination : The Company or a member canceling the use agreement after service use

Chapter 2: Service Use Agreement

Article 5 (Formation of Use Agreement)

1. By reading these Terms and clicking the 'Agree' button when applying for service registration, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

2. The use agreement is established when the Company accepts the application for use after the prospective user agrees to these Terms of Use.

Article 6 (Application for Use)

Those who wish to use the service as a member shall apply by providing the required personal information in the format designated by the Company.

Article 8 (Protection of Personal Information)

1. The Company protects and respects the personal information of its members.

2. The Company shall not disclose or distribute to third parties the personal information of members obtained in connection with service provision without the member's consent, nor use it for commercial purposes.

3. Regarding users' personal information, the provisions set forth in relevant laws and the 'Privacy Policy' established by ODINSOFT Co., Ltd. shall apply.

Chapter 3: Obligations of the Parties

Article 11 (Obligations of the Company)

1. Unless there are special circumstances, the Company shall enable members to use the service on the date they apply for use.

2. The Company continuously strives to provide continuous and stable services in accordance with these Terms.

3. The Company complies with the provisions set forth in Article 8 regarding the protection of members' privacy.

Article 12 (Obligations of Members)

1. Members must comply with matters set forth in these Terms and the usage guidelines or notices.

2. All management responsibilities regarding a member's ID and password lie with the member.

3. If a member discovers that their ID or password has been used fraudulently, they must immediately report it to the Company.

Chapter 5: Termination and Use Restrictions

Article 22 (Termination and Use Restrictions)

1. If a member wishes to terminate the use agreement, the member must apply for membership withdrawal to the Company via email.

2. The Company may terminate the use agreement without prior notice or suspend service use for a specified period if a member engages in any of the following acts.

  • Stealing others' personal information, IDs, or passwords
  • Using a name that is not the member's real name for registration
  • Damaging others' reputation or causing disadvantage
  • Deliberately distributing content that undermines public order and good morals
  • Deliberately interfering with service operations

Chapter 6: Damages and Disclaimer

Article 23 (Damages)

The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by members in connection with the use of free services.

Article 24 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company is exempt from liability for service provision when unable to provide services due to force majeure such as natural disasters or equivalent circumstances.

2. The Company is not responsible for service use disruptions caused by reasons attributable to the member.

3. The Company is not responsible for any loss of expected revenue from service use or damages resulting from data obtained through the service.

Article 25 (Jurisdiction)

In the event of a lawsuit arising from service use, the court having jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction.
